Since 2018, the Pikeville Community Foundation has distributed over $1,153,656 in scholarships and grants supporting charitable causes in Pike County.
Grants awarded
2025 flood recovery grants to local businesses – $165,000+
Linda J. Templeton Fund for food security – $277,600
Woodrow and Evelyn Johnson Sandy Valley Habitat for Humanity – $88,444
Woodrow and Evelyn Johnson Scholarship Fund for graduating seniors from Shelby Valley High School – $152,642
East Kentucky Health Occupation Scholarship Fund – $10,000
