CLINTON COUNTY, KY, Oct. 1 — The Clinton County Community Foundation (CCCF), an affiliate of the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky, is accepting grant applications from those in Clinton County affected by the flooding that occurred on June 28. The Clinton County Flood Relief Fund supports survivors — both individuals and businesses — as they recover from the flood damage. Grant applications are open from Oct. 1 – Oct. 31, 2026.
Clinton County Community Foundation’s umbrella organization, the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky, is no stranger to disaster relief work. With years of experience supporting communities through a pandemic, floods, and tornadoes, they understand that local people know local needs best. The Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky has empowered the Clinton County Community Foundation to take the lead on assessing local needs and working to support those who have been affected by the June 2026 flooding.
“Our whole community came together to raise a significant amount of money to help our neighbors,” said Jessica Sullivan, chair of the Clinton County Community Foundation’s board. “The Clinton County Community Foundation is happy to do our part in making sure those funds are shared with the folks who need them.”
