The mission of the Clinton County Community Foundation is to provide an avenue for developing philanthropic funds for projects that enhance our community and make it a better place to live.
In 2014, the Clinton County Community Foundation came together with a goal to improve the health and wealth of the community, and to grow an endowment that will benefit Albany and Clinton County for generations to come.
This year, the Foundation partnered with other local organizations to purchase equipment for the Mountain View Recreation Park. The new equipment will allow our youth more opportunity to enjoy physically challenging activities which will in turn point them toward a healthier lifestyle at an early and impressionable age.
To sustain similar projects for years to come, folks are encouraged to give today, learn more about a donor-advised fund, or join the 205 Club. Based on the premise that Clinton County is comprised of 205 square miles, donors are encouraged to pledge $205 a year for the next five years to the Clinton County endowment fund.
